Install Ryujinx Canary safely on your platform

These are beginner-level installation steps focused on package choice, extraction, permissions, and system safety prompts.

Windows

  1. Use the trusted direct download link for the Windows package.
  2. Extract the archive into a dedicated folder such as Documents or Applications.
  3. Start the application from the extracted folder.
  4. If SmartScreen appears, pause and confirm the source page before deciding whether to continue.

Linux

  1. Use the trusted direct download link for the Linux package or AppImage.
  2. For AppImage files, mark the file as executable in your file manager or terminal.
  3. Start the application from the file or extracted folder.
  4. If it does not open, confirm the CPU architecture and graphics driver support.

macOS

  1. Use the trusted direct download link for the macOS package.
  2. Move the app into Applications if the package expects it.
  3. If Gatekeeper warns you, confirm the source page before deciding whether to open it.
